Adam Cole made his surprise return to All Elite Wrestling at AEW Dynamite last night, and no one is happier than his girlfriend, Britt Baker.
The former AEW Women’s World Champion has been through everything with Cole over the last several months and has supported him on his road to recovery. Baker took to social media today to speak on the trials and tribulations that Cole went through and how proud she is of all the hard work he did to get back to normal. Tweeting out:
“For months the only time @AdamColePro left the house was to go to bran/physical therapy appointments. There was a time he wasn’t allowed to fly on planes or do anything more than go for a walk. I’m so damn proud of how hard he worked every single day to get back to you all. *Red heart emoji*,” Britt Baker said.
Adam Cole responded to her tweet by thanking her for being in his corner every step of the way. Tweeting back:
“Thanks for being in my corner every step of the way. Couldn’t have done it without you *praying hands emoji* *red heart emoji*,” Adam Cole said in response.
