A Couple Of John Cena’s Return Bouts Revealed By WWE

In another update on the John Cena return situation, WWE has seemingly revealed two of the matches John will be having as a part of his initial return dates. John will team up with Rey Mysterio to face the tag team of Randy Orton and Shinsuke Nakamura at the Pittsburgh live event on December 29th and then he will team with Finn Balor to face former RAW Tag Team Champions Dolph Ziggler and Drew McIntyre on the December 26th live event at Madison Square Garden.

Both of these matches are interesting as they take advantage of John status as a free agent because these are two matches for separate brands. It also appears that John will be sticking to tag team matches as he has been lately. John Cena hasn’t competed in a competitive one-on-one matchup since he faced Triple H at the Greatest Royal Rumble earlier this year.
