On Dennis Rodman’s decision to try and be an “ambassador” for America to North Korea:

EB: It is so bizarre which makes sense for Dennis. It’s just so bizarre. When I read about it I’m still having a hard time trying to determine how I feel about it. I like Dennis Rodman a lot. We are friends and I have a lot of respect for Dennis. I got to know Dennis on a much more personal level, a deeper level than probably most people that think they know him. He is a very smart guy and he is a very aware person. Much more aware than people think he is. That being said, what does he hope to accomplish? Here’s the really random connective tissue in this scenario: Dennis Rodman is probably the only person on the face of the planet Earth that knows Donald Trump and Kim Jong Un personally. Let that sink in for just a minute. Take a breath and think about that.

On whether he thinks Rodman is going to North Korea to pass a message for Donald Trump:

EB: Eh. Now that’s taking it a little too far. No, I don’t think that. I don’t think that Donald Trump or anyone who works in the Trump administration called up my buddy Darren Prince, who manages Dennis, and said, “Hey Darren, here’s what we want Dennis to do. We want him to jump on a plane and go over there and be kind of a backchannel to the leadership of North Korea.” (Laughs) I just don’t see it.
