Keep your eyes peeled for Clark Connors.
Speaking on The Shining Wizards Wrestling Podcast, Clark Connors was asked when he’ll be back in Japan. Connors couldn’t give a definite answer as to when he’d head back there but did tease that fans might see him pop up on other shows soon.
“I don’t know my friend. We’ll see. I think they’re just kind of right now figuring out everything, especially with New Japan STRONG over here. I know that we’re gonna cut back on them and look for more quality over quantity with them,” Connors said. “So they’re gonna want me over here to be a part of that. Then a lot of stuff around here, I think there’s a better chance of me popping up on other television programs here and there or doing the independent scene for a little while. Just keep your eyes peeled, and we’ll see about it. So that’s something we’re looking forward to.”
Connors’ last match for New Japan Pro-Wrestling was during leg 17 of the World Tag League 2022 & Super Junior Tag League 2022 on December 14, 2022. Connors and Ryusuke Taguchi teamed up with Be-Bop Tag Team (Hiroshi Tanahashi & Toru Yano) in a loss to Los Ingobernables de Japon’s BUSHI, SANADA, Tetsuya Naito & Titan.
