WWE Crown Jewel Announced, Takes Place November 2 In Saudi Arabia

The rumored November 2 event in Saudi Arabia is now official. WWE announced tonight on Monday Night Raw that the special, which will air live on the WWE Network, will be called WWE Crown Jewel.

WWE’s second major show in Saudi Arabia this year (they previously held the Greatest Royal Rumble earlier this year) is currently set to be headlined by a triple threat match for the WWE Universal Championship, which is currently held by Roman Reigns. The two opponents gunning for the championship are Braun Strowman and former champion Brock Lesnar.

This announcement shouldn’t come as a huge surprise, as it was reported earlier today that Brock Lesnar would compete at the event, which was unannounced until tonight. More of the card will be revealed soon, but the busy WWE schedule still has the WWE Super Show-Down and Evolution events happening before Crown Jewel.
