As reported by PWInsider, the lawsuits brought against WWE in relation to them providing performers with a lack of protection relating to CTE and concussion-related injuries have been dismissed. The 39-page ruling was issued by Judge Vanessa L. Bryant just a matter of hours ago.
We’ll have more on the story as it develops, but this is a huge moment for the company as this issue has been ongoing for a few years now, and it seems they can finally move on.
