– Ohno cuts a promo about people coming to NXT, himself included. He says he became an afterthought and he gets it, because there will always be someone new. Ohno says whoever the next guy with buzz is, he will be the first to welcome them to NXT

– The Sons picked up the win after some interference from The Mighty
Kairi Sane defeated Trish Adora
– Shayna Baszler comes out and says Kairi should enjoy the fairytale while it lasts, because when she gets her rematch she will also take back her title
Velveteen Dream defeated Johnny Gargano
– The crowd chanted ‘Johnny Failure’ after Dream wore a shirt with the saying to the ring. The crowd also sang the ‘goodbye song’ at Gargano after the loss
Oney Lorcan & Danny Burch defeated Adrian Jaoude & Cezar Bononi
Tommaso Ciampa comes to the ring and says he didn’t attack Aleister Black, when he wants to attack someone he does it on the largest scale possible. He says the NXT Championship thanked him for bringing it back to the main event of NXT Takeover. He ends up taking a sign from a kid in the crowd and gives it Project Ciampa, then tears it up and hands it back to the kid.
