Ciampa tries to handcuff Gargano. Gargano avoids it. Gargano tries to handcuff Ciampa. Ciampa catches Gargano with an elbow. Ciampa drags Gargano out to the apron. Gargano and Ciampa both try to send the other through the table. Gargano superkicks Ciampa off the apron. Ciampa goes through the tables. Ciampa uses the broken crutch to break the count at nine. Ciampa backs up the ramp. Gargano sends Ciampa into the led board. Gargano drags Ciampa to the left side of the stage. Gargano handcuffs Ciampa to a fence. Ciampa begs and yells that he is sorry. Gargano superkicks Ciampa over and over again. Gargano yells at Ciampa that he did this. Ciampa keeps yelling that he is sorry. Gargano exposes his knee and hits a sick running knee. Gargano goes flying off the stage. Both men are down. The as the referee counts to 10 Ciampa rolls off the stage and lands on his feet. Gargano collapses.

Winner and STILL NXT Champion, Tommaso Ciampa!

After the match, Gargano is on the grown clutching at his knee. Early reports are that Gargano dislocated his knee. Ciampa watches as the medical staff helps Gargano up the ramp. Ciampa goes to the back then comes back out and raises the NXT Title over his head.
