NXT Championship Last Man Standing Match: Tommaso Ciampa (c) vs Johnny Gargano

Gargano attacks Ciampa during the introductions. Thez press by Gargano. Gargano punches Ciampa over and over again. Ciampa tries his finish but Gargano flips out of it. Gargano follows Ciampa to the outside. Ciampa sends Gargano into the ring steps. Ciampa tries to throw Gargano into the barricade but Gargano counters and sends Gargano into the barricade twice. Gargano lays into Ciampa with a few well placed right hands. Ciampa tries to rip out Gargano’s eye. Ciampa sets up the hang man’s DDT. Gargano escapes. Gargano hits the running senton off the apron. Gargano ships Ciampa over the announce desk. The referee starts counting. Ciampa is up at five. Gargano pulls Ciampa onto the desk. Gargano sets up a piledriver. Ciampa reverses it into an air raid crash through the announce desk! The referee counts to seven before Gargano gets to his feet.

Ciampa brings a chair into the ring. Gargano manages to avoid it. Ciampa hits a running knee to Gargano’s head in the corner. Ciampa tells Gargano he isn’t done with him yet. Ciampa hits another running knee. Ciampa puts the chair in front of Gargano’s face. Ciampa tries another running knee but Gargano gets to his feet and hits Ciampa in the knee with the chair. Gargano beats Ciampa down with the chair. Gargano tries to lawn dart Ciampa into a chair. Ciampa reverses it into a sleeper. Gargano gets to the ropes but there are no rope breaks. Ciampa lets go and tells the referee to count. Gargano manages to get to his feet. Ciampa puts Gargano in another sleeper. Gargano breaks the sleeper and lawn darts Ciampa head first into the chair in the corner. Ciampa is up at six.
