Director Named For Upcoming Batista Action-Comedy Film
The Hollywood Reporter has just released an article announcing that Peter Segal has been named as the director for the upcoming action-comedy film My Spy, starring Dave Bautista (aka former WWE World Champion Batista).
Some of the films that Segal has previously directed include Get Smart and 50 First Dates. My Spy is a being produced by STXFilms.
Here is an excerpt from The Hollywood Reporter’s article describing the film:
My Spy will tell the story of a hardened CIA operative (Bautista) who finds himself at the mercy of a precocious 9-year-old girl, having been sent undercover to surveil her family.
