John Cena Will Reprise His Role In 2nd Season Of TMNT Show
WWE.com has issued the following news about John Cena reprising his role on the just-announced second season renewal of Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Cena voices a villainous character in the show named Baron Draxum.
John Cena has battled the likes of AJ Styles, Brock Lesnar, Triple H and The Undertaker. Now, he’s trying his hand against Michelangelo, Leonardo, Donatello and Raphael.
The 16-time World Champion stars in “Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles” as the villainous Baron Draxum, a foe of the Heroes in a Half Shell who mutates innocent civilians into monstrous minions. WWE.com has a clip from Cena’s appearance above, and the entire episode is available for free on iTunes. #Cowabunga.
UPDATE: “Rise” was announced for a second season renewal, and Cena has chimed in with the news that he will voice Draxum in Season 2 as well. See his response below.
