WWE announced the first ever women’s exclusive PPV this past Monday on RAW called Evolution, which will be held on Sunday, October 28 in Uniondale, NY.

It was also announced that all current women’s titles would be defended and over 50 women would be on hand to make an appearance. Here is a look at some of the matches that I think we could be seeing at this historic event.

Smackdown Women’s Championship: Becky Lynch (c) Vs. Charlotte Flair

Becky Lynch has been on fire lately and is consistently being praised online for her in ring work. In my opinion I think she will defeat Carmella at SummerSlam, or shortly after, to win the championship. Especially since James Ellsworth is now likely out of the picture. When Charlotte returns it seems likely she will likely surge to the top of the division quickly. Could she turn on Becky Lynch and solidify herself as a heel? Or will we see a friendly war between friends? This could go either way, but Charlotte is very obviously the top contender to Becky Lynch if Becky does become champion. Asuka would be the only exception, of course. This could ultimately be one of the best matches on the card and is an opportunity that would be tough to pass on.

RAW Women’s Championship: Ronda Rousey (c) Vs. Natalya

There is no doubt that Ronda Rousey will have a major role at Evolution. She has attracted so many viewers to WWE and will be a significant marketing asset. There are some people that feel like Ronda has been rushed into the main event scene, even though she has impressed in both of her matches thus far. Natalya is one of the safest yet smartest choices to feud with Ronda after she likely wins the women’s championship at SummerSlam. Ronda has been training with Natalya and the two have also formed an on-air relationship. Natalya has the perfect personality to turn on Ronda due to jealously and lack of opportunities. With Bayley & Sasha tied up in a program right now, Natalya would be one of the smartest options to challenge for the championship.
