R-Truth Returns To The Ring On Smackdown

R-Truth made his in-ring return on tonight’s episode of WWE Smackdown Live, losing to Samoa Joe.

While he has appeared in backstage segments since then, tonight marked Truth’s first in-ring appearance since the Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal at Wrestlemania 34. Truth had previously confirmed he had surgery on his shoulder last year.

Maryse also made her return to Smackdown tonight; she was seen arriving in a limo tonight with The Miz and their daughter Monroe Sky. She is also on-hand for the ‘Miz And Mrs Premiere Party’ set for later on in the show.

Maryse had not appeared on Smackdown since April 4, 2017; she also had not appeared on WWE TV since taking maternity leave last September.
