WWE posted the following photo below showcasing the total amount of days the Raw and SmackDown Women’s Championships have been held since the 2016 Draft. Alexa Bliss has the longest combined reign as champion at 478 total days. Charlotte Flair and Naomi come in next with 286 and 149 days respectively.
