The Daily Mail is reporting Linda Hogan is accusing Hulk Hogan of “financial treachery” and hiding earnings owed to her from their 2009 divorce settlement.
According to documents filed in Tampa, Linda says Hulk is not paying her the 40 percent share of revenue he owes her from their divorce, claiming he’s hiding earnings from seven different business ventures.
Linda was awarded 70 percent of the couple’s liquid assets, properties totaling $3 million, and the 40 percent share in revenue in the divorce. Linda claims she was instrumental in his success as a wrestler, and he has failed to comply with the original agreement to pay up. She now says she wants money owed from July 2013 to today, and wants Hulk to be held in contempt of court if he doesn’t pay.
Linda’s lawyer, Raymond Rafool, offered the following statement:
‘It is indeed a shame that Hulk Hogan once again will not honor the divorce agreement he made with Ms. Bollea. Linda fulfilled and fulfills her obligations and exchanged assets and rights in return for Hulk’s compliance. Hulk Hogan’s breaches are wrong and unjust. He needs to do as he agreed and pay Linda what she is owed.’
