Cody Rhodes Says There’s No Evil Plot
Cody Rhodes posted the following response to a fan that took a shot a Vince McMahon for ‘not letting’ Cody use the name Rhodes outside of WWE.
The fan in question made a comment about Cody not having a last name in his post-WWE career while Patrick Clark uses the name ‘Velveteen Dream’, which was taken to be a reference to his father, Dusty Rhodes:
A) Nobody is keeping me from using my last name. There’s no evil plot.
B) he could call himself “blue eyed velveteen American dream soul jr” and I wouldn’t be offended. He’s very talented and not hurting anybody.
