Earlier today, IHOP announced they were rebranding as IHOb—International House Of Burgers—to capitalize on their new steakburgers and bring in bigger lunch and dinner crowds.
Pro Wrestling Sheet reached out to Ring Of Honor’s Cheeseburger, who had the following to say about the name swap:
“A nice breakfast at IHOP is almost a national pastime at this point. I can’t understand who thought the breakfast game wasn’t working out and that the solution was to become a burger joint.”
“Burger places are already a packed market and as a self proclaimed burger expert I question this decision. They stated pancakes are staying, but I too worry that lack of emphasis on breakfast items will begin to drop their quality of those delicious pancakes. I’m open-minded so I’ll at least give them a chance.”
In related news, pancake aficionado Xavier Woods also posted the following response to the please let it be temporary name change:
The people were clamoring for it! After years of turmoil and strife ihop finally dropped the P and gained a B! Should have been "B"ooty but do you #ihob – and didn't they already serve burgers? https://t.co/WHFAx81VoZ

Not really afraid of the burgers from a place that decided pancakes were too hard.
