WWE NXT Results (6/6): Evans Battles Sane, Ciampa Addresses Gargano, More

In Ring Segment: Tommaso Ciampa

Tommaso Ciampa walks to the ring to his normal chorus of boos. When Ciampa finally makes it to the ring, the crowd starts a “Johnny Wrestling” chant. Ciampa sits on the top rope and tells the crowd that they gave up on him long before he gave up on them. Ciampa tells the crowd they disgust him. Ciampa says Gargano proved last week when he interrupted a match that it always has to be about Gargano. Garango had to announce to the world that he signed his contract for their street fight. Ciampa thinks” Johnny Wrestling” now thinks he is “Johnny Badass”. Anything to take attention from the fact that Gargano almost crippled his own wife a few weeks ago. Gargano instigated that whole situation. All Ciampa did was defend himself.

Ciampa tells Gargano to not show up at Takeover. Gargano comes out on the stage and security is trying to hold him back. Gargano breaks free and attacks Ciampa. Security pulls Gargano off of Ciampa. Ciampa rolls out of the ring. Gargano beats up the security guards again. Gargano hits a topé con hilo. Ciampa and Gargano fight into the crowd. Ciampa eventually makes his way back to the ring. When the security grabs Gargano again, Ciampa elbows him in the head. Ciampa puts Gargano in the Gargano Escape. Ciampa walks up the ramp. Gargano runs up the ramp and tosses Ciampa into the LED board. Ciampa is busted open! Gargano puts Ciampa in the Gargano Escape on the stage!
