Mickie James On Her Music Career, Motherhood And Women Empowerment
WWE Superstar and former Women’s Champion Mickie James was recently interviewed for Hype Magazine and opened up on a number of topics including her music career, how motherhood has changed her and women empowerment.
She spoke about how she came to work on her latest single “Left, Right, Left” with the Ying Yang twins, saying that the process was simplified because the twins are big wrestling fans themselves.
James then weighed in about motherhood, and how her priorities and mind set as a creative artist changed drastically after the birth of her son Donovan.
She also mentioned how she tries to promote the image of strong, independent women through her music, encouraging them to pursue their dreams with ‘passion, drive and willingness’.
