On if the Cult of Lee will retaliate against Brian Cage:
CK: As of right now we are going full-head of steam for the tag team titles. We are putting Brian Cage on the backburner for now but he will get his due.
On the Cult of Lee’s big tag team match next week with Fallah Bahh and KM:
CK: I… I don’t like either one of those guys. I don’t like the “no, no, no”. I don’t like the Jersey trashiness of KM. They both make me want to throw up in my mouth every time I think of either of them.
On if there is ANYONE he actually likes backstage:
CK: Well, I like the ladies who do our catering. They are pretty good.
On if the return of Austin Aries, a former X-Division star, and former world champion, make him want to pursue the Impact World Championship:
CK: Yeah, sure. In the long term. But right now, are focused on the tag titles. Austin Aries can continue to collect belts if that makes him feel like he has accomplished something. Maybe he is inadequate in other parts of his life and that is why he feels the need to collect so maybe belts… I am not saying that for sure but maybe. At some point, I’ll be coming for that (world title) too. I don’t need a belt, a necklace, a ring, or a watch to make me feel good about myself. Knowing I am better than everyone else is enough.
