As noted before, former ROH World Champion Jay Lethal suffered an injury during a match.
ROH announced that Lethal was injured during the War of the Worlds: Toronto main event which was a tag-team match between the teams of EVIL, SANADA & Hiromu Takahashi going against Kenny King, Colt Cabana & Jay Lethal.
Dave Meltzer on F4Wonline gave more details on Lethal’s injury, reporting that Lethal was injured late in the match when he did a spot with a sunset flip powerbomb to the floor and had memory issues after the match.
It is reported that he is in a better condition now but he will not be appearing for his scheduled four-way match in Royal Oak, Michigan with King, Matt Taven and Marty Scurll on the War of the Worlds show. Instead, SANADA will be replacing him in the four-way match.
