View From The Capitol #9: TWO WEEKS From Credible, Main Event For The Grey Album Signed!, More

Just under two weeks remain from a two-weekend swing for Capitol Wrestling on May 20th in New Britain, Connecticut and June 2nd in our home of Hoboken, New Jersey, that could dramatically alter 2018 and beyond.

Capitol Wrestling TV Ep 57!

On Capitol Wrestling television this week, we got a glimpse into two fast-rising properties in the promotion. First, with the spiritual aid of what his fellow southern rasslin confidante and Sapphire TV Champ The Mempho Mofo claimed was Memphis wrestling legend Sputnik Monroe’s gold chain, “The Beau Show” Beau Crockett defeated “The Unpredictable” J-George.

Post-match, the punisher from Poquoson, Virginia wasn’t done dishing out Southern justice, and blatantly attacked the Newbridge, New Jersey native with his brand new steel chain! As stated by The Mofo earlier, it’s “another link in the chain,” indeed.

Also, Andros the Greek and Marcus Marquee have finally ended up with their first tag team victory in Capitol Wrestling! Yes, in what can be described as a shocking victory over “The Supreme Truth” Timmy Danger and his Danger Sanctuary applicant — and “massive film and podcast star” — Cory Kastle.

Television cameras caught Andros striking Kastle below the belt in a disqualifiable offense, but the referee was ACTUALLY detained attempting to remove Timmy Danger from the ring, and could not see Andros’ illegal maneuver.

Given that there is a mystery man who has gotten into the ears of TPS of late, this shocking change of strategy might not be so shocking after all. Backstage, Capitol CEO Marcus “King Kong” Dowling confronted Andros and Marquee, and the now-cocky duo arrogantly proclaimed themselves as being on the path to greater success to come.

But the bigger question remains? Who’s “the man” that’s poisoned the well with this promising tag duo?
