On if he was nervous having to be the one to confront an angry Kenny Omega after ROH 16th Anniversary for Being The Elite:

KG: No, I was just trying to figure out what I can do to help. What I can do to get myself booked. At this point there’s no nervousness there’s just, “What’s going to help me get booked?”

On if he is trying to be there as a “friend” for Brandi Rhodes or “more than a friend”:

FG: Cody kicked Brandi and I had to go and check on her and make sure she was okay. I thought she was struggling in the ring on the latest episode of Ring of Honor so now I’m just trying to be a friend. Basically, Cody kicked her and didn’t care. I am just trying to be there as a friend. I am keeping it 100% professional. If she needs some help learning new moves like spring boards and flips then she knows I am here to help. I am here to help her. That’s just how it is.

On if the Earth is round or flat:

FG: It depends on the way you look at it and who you ask. If you ask Flip Gordon, or Evil Flip, he’ll tell you the Earth is flat because he likes to get under people’s skin. He likes to press people’s buttons and, for some odd reason, people are very passionate about a round Earth. So if you say it’s flat then people just start talking about you. It creates buzz for yourself. That’s kind of what I was doing. I was playing around with it and apparently people are very passionate, like I said, about a round Earth.
