PWInsider.com has a new report out updating fans on what they know about Jeff Hardy and Dean Ambrose’s injuries and recovery timelines.
According to PWinsider Jeff Hardy was scheduled to be at the WWE Performance Center recently to work off ring rust and prepare for an in-ring return later this month. There is no word if Jeff’s recent DWI will affect those plans.
They also note that Jeff’s wife Beth posted on Instagram this morning that Jeff was undergoing his final physical therapy session today for a torn labrum and rotator cuff. At this time no such post exists on Beth Hardy’s official Instagram page, it may have been DELETED.

The, “word backstage at RAW,” was apparently that Dean Ambrose would be heading back to Birmingham, AL this week to check his progress on the tricep surgery he had in December.
