SEVENTH MATCH: New Japan Cup Quarter Final: Michael Elgin vs. Juice Robinson

They lock up. Juice grounds Elgin but they fight to their feet. Elgin hits an armdrag. Elgin drops Juice with a series of shoulder blocks. Juice hits a Backdrop.

Elgin hits a corner enziguri to the back and then drops Robinson. Elgin hits a Snap Suplex. Elgin hits a chop block. Elgin pummels Juice with elbows. Juice fights back and sends Elgin to the floor.

Juice hits an Electric Chair Facebuster. After a vicious strike exchange, Juice hits a Gutbuster for two. Juice goes for a powerbomb, but Elgin powers out. Elgin hits a Death Valley Driver into the corner. Elgin hits a superplex for two.

Elgin takes off his elbow pads and decks Juice. Elgin hits a Tiger Driver for two.

Elgin goes for a corkscrew senton, but Juice rolls away. Elgin counters a side kick with a powerbomb. Elgin hits a huge corner lariat, but Juice hits one as well. Double clotheslone and neither go down. Elgin hits a Thrust Kick and a German Suplex for two.

Juice hits a lariat. Juice drops Elgin for two. Juice goes for Pulp Friction but Elgin hits a Swinging Side Slam for two.

Juice counters out of a Powerbomb. Juice drops Elgin with a forearm.  Elgin counters Pulp Friction with a Half and Half Suplex. Elgin drops Juice with a Lariat to the back of the head. Elgin hits another huge Lariat. Elgin hits a Buckle Bomb. Juice counters Elgin Bomb with a small package for the pinfall.

MAIN EVENT: New Japan Cup Quarter Final: Hiroshi Tanahashi vs. Bad Luck Fale

They lock up. Fale dominates. They break. Tanahashi struggles to get Fale off his feet. Tanahashi tries again and Fale hip tosses him so hard that he rolls out of the ring to escape. Fale chases, but Tanahashi runs into the ring and hits a baseball slide to Fale on the outside.

Fale throws Tanahashi into the barricade but he leaps over it. Tanahashi walks into the ring, much to the chagrin of Fale. tanahashi gets on the apron and Fale knocks out his legs and drops Tanahashi. Fale drags Tanahashi into the crowd and throws him into a bunch of fans. Fale throws multiple ring barricades onto Tanahashi. Tanahashi beats the countout but Fale continues his domination.

Fale splashes Tanahashi on the apron. Tanahashi beats another countout at 17. Fale stands on Tanahashi. Fale applies a nerve hold. Tanahashi powers out but Fale corners him. Tanahashi fights out but Fale pummels him until he spills onto the canvas.

Tanahashi ducks a splash. Tanahashi pummels Fale in the corner. Tanahashi tries to body slam Bad Luck Fale. Tanahashi gives up and dropkicks him over and over again. Tanahashi body slams Fale.

Fale goes for the Grenade, but Tanahashi counters. Fale hits a Samoan Drop for two. Fale hits a Splash for two.

Tanahashi dropkicks Fale’s knee. Fale hits a Lariat for two. Fale goes for the Bad Luck Fall. Tanahashi counters into a Sunset Flip for two.

Fale hits a running corner splash. Tanahashi fights out for the Grenade and hits a German Suplex. Tanahashi hits Sling Blade. Tanahashi clotheslines Fale out of the ring. Tanahashi hits a High Fly Flow Crossbody to Fale on the outside of the ring. Fale hits a lariat on the apron. Fale goes for Bad Luck Fall on the outside but Tanahashi counters out. Tanahashi beats the countout. Fale does not.
