Sasha Banks Comments On Ronda Rousey’s Arrival In WWE; Says She’s Got ‘Nothing Nice To Say’ About It

Sasha Banks was on Busted Open with Dave Lagreca, Bully Ray and their newest co-host WWE Superstar Mark Henry.

Sasha was asked about Ronda Rousey’s WWE career, but said she didn’t have anything nice to say about it. You can read a few excerpts (transcription credit to Bill Pritchard for Wrestlezone.com) and listen to the full clip below:

Dave LaGreca: Big talk on today’s show, big talk yesterday, and a lot of it on the [Royal] Rumble, but most of it on Ronda Rousey. What’s it like for you to have that type of Rumble match on Sunday, being in the ring for 54 minutes and 46 seconds, which is crazy, and then everyone talking about Ronda Rousey? Are you happy about it, does it feel good? Nia Jax tweeted about it, Nikki Bella tweeted about, they’re not exactly happy about sharing the spotlight with somebody like Ronda Rousey. What are your feelings on it?

Sasha Banks: My feelings are, and I’m sorry to you guys, but I have nothing nice to say, so I can’t say anything at all. So, that’s it.

Bully Ray: Time out. Time out. There’s nothing legitimately positive about it?

Sasha Banks: I have nothing to say about it. Nope.

Mark Henry: Well, I respect that. I was always told, if you don’t have anything good to say, don’t say nothin’ at all.

Dave LaGreca: I know you said you don’t have a lot of nice things to say, but I just have to ask you this: do you think with her MMA background, that she can hang as a pro wrestler?

Sasha Banks: I’ve got nothing nice to say. I’m going to keep it at that.

Busted Open with Dave Lagreca, Bully Ray and Mark Henry can be heard weekdays 9a-Noon ET only on SiriusXM Rush Channel 93 and any time on demand on the SiriusXM app.
