UFC Heavyweight Champion Comments On Possible Brock Lesnar Fight: ‘I’ll Fight Anyone’

Following his convincing victory at UFC 220 in Boston last night, UFC heavyweight champion Stipe Miocic responded to a journalist’s question regarding a future fight with Brock Lesnar. Miocic, who defeated Francis Ngannou via unanimous decision in the main event at TD Garden, is now the most decorated heavyweight champ in UFC history with three title defences to his name.

Stipe’s response to potentially fighting Lesnar:

“Yeah man. Again, I’ll fight anyone, but I just wanna go home and relax right now and drink a beer.”

Lesnar, on the other hand, hasn’t competed since his bout against Mark Hunt back at UFC 200 in July 2016. Brock’s victory in that fight was overturned after he tested positive for clomiphene, with these latest developments coming just a few days after Dana White confirmed that he believes Brock will return to the UFC in 2018 during an interview with the New York Post.
