Kickoff Show:
Backstage, Tye Dillinger finds Daniel Bryan in his office. Dillinger reminds Bryan that he defeated Baron Corbin last week on Smackdown Live, but for some reason, Corbin is in the U.S. title match tonight and Dillinger is not. Dillinger asks Bryan to add him to the match tonight. Bryan says that’s a great idea. AJ Styles will defend the U.S. title in a triple threat match against Corbin and Dillinger.
Shelton Benjamin and Chad Gable vs The Hype Bros
Gable goes behind Rawley. Gable forces Rawley into the corner. Benjamin tags in and works an armbar. Gable tags back in and runs right into a crossbody by Rawley. Ryder tags in and splashes Gable. Ryder misses a dropkick. Gable rolls up Ryder for a near fall. Ryder gives Gable a hard handshake. Benjamin is back in. Ryder and Benjamin stare each other down. Ryder takes Benjamin over with a sunset flip for a near fall. Ryder shakes Benjamin’s hand. Benjamin pulls Ryder in close and destroys him with a spine buster. After a short break, Gable takes Ryder over with a northern lights suplex. Ryder kicks out. Benjamin is back in. Benjamin goes back to the armbar. Ryder tries to fight out of it but Benjamin sends Ryder over with an exploder suplex. Ryder attempts a knee lift but Ryder counters it into a roll up. Gable kicks out at two. Gable pimp smacks Ryder.
Ryder falls into the corner. Gable stomps Ryder. Benjamin is back in. Benjamin sits Ryder on the top rope for a superplex. Ryder knocks Benjamin off the top rope. Ryder takes Benjamin out with a missile dropkick. Ryder tags in Rawley as Gable tags in Benjamin. Rawley slams Gable down with a spinning side slam. Gable tries a moonsault off the top. Rawley moves but Gable lands on his feet. Gable belly-to-belly suplex Rawley. Gable mounts the top rope and hits a moonsault. Gable and Benjamin hit a backdrop top rope knee combo. Rawley kicks out. Rawley fires up and runs over Benjamin. Gable is clotheslined over the top rope. Rawley and Ryder set up the Hype Ryder but Benjamin counters.Ryder gets distracted by Rawley. Gable sends Rawley out of the ring. Benjamin picks Ryder up in a powerbomb position. Gable dives off the top with a clothesline for the win!
