Reigns lays the IC title in the ring for Miz. Miz grabs it and tries to leave. Reigns pulls Miz back into the ring. Reigns decks Miz. Reigns tosses Miz to the outside. Reigns sends Miz into the barricade. Miz trips Reigns on the apron. Miz sends Reigns into the ring steps. Miz tosses Reigns into the crowd. Miz tells the referee to count Reigns out. Reigns manages to make it into the ring to break the count. Miz immediately hits a DDT for a near fall. Miz kicks Reigns in the face and gets another two count. Miz locks in a side headlock. Reigns fights to his feet. Miz boots Reigns in the face yet again. Reigns kicks out. After the break, Miz is blasting Reigns with the “It” kicks. Reigns catches the last kick. Reigns lifts up Miz and hits a huge powerbomb. Miz kicks out. Reigns calls for the Superman punch. Miz counters it into the Skull Crushing Finale! Reigns somehow kicks out! Miz charges in for his corner clothesline. Reigns Superman punches Miz as he is rushing in. Miz kicks out! Reigns sets up the Spear. Cesaro and Sheamus pulls Reigns out of the ring to cause a disqualification.

After the match, Miz, Cesaro, and Sheamus beat down Reigns. Cesaro Neutralizers Reigns. Miz and Cesaro pick up Reigns. Sheamus Brogue Kicks Reigns. Lastly, Miz hits the Skull Crushing Finale. As the heels are leaving the WWE Universe is chanting “Sheild”. Miz, Cesaro, and Sheamus go back to the ring and triple powerbomb Reigns. Miz, Cesaro, and Sheamus do the Shield fist bump pose over Reigns fallen corpse.
