Backstage, Wolfgang says he has never been more ready for a match in his entire life. He just pinned the former United Kingdom Champion Tyler Bate. Tonight he is walking away with the crown.
Backstage, when asked his thoughts on the match, Pete Dunne puts the title in his mouth and walks away.
United Kingdom Champion Pete Dunne (c) vs Wolfgang
Dunne locks in an armbar but Wolfgang picks him up and slams Dunne to the mat. Dunne takes down Wolfgang and locks in an armbar. Dunne manipulated Wolfgang’s fingers and bends them in ways they should not be bent. Wolfgang locks in a hammerlock. Wolfgang transitions into a cravat. Dunne tries to flip out of it but Wolfgang holds on. Dunne surprises Wolfgang with a stiff right. Wolfgang waist locks Dunne and slams him with multiple gut wrench suplexes. Wolfgang climbs up top after a corner splash. Dunne pops up and snaps Wolfgang’s fingers. Wolfgang rolls out to the apron. Dunne leaps over the top rope and DDTs Wolfgang on the apron. After the break, Dunne locks in a double wrist lock. Wolfgang reverses it into a suplex. Corner splash by Wolfgang. Dunne responds with a running enziguri. Dunne charges at Wolfgang but Wolfgang spears him. Dunne rolls out of the ring. Wolfgang leaps over the top rope and hits a topé. Moonsault by Wolfgang. Wolfgang sets up a suplex but Dunne reverses it into the X-plex. Dunne goes up top but Wolfgang cuts him off.
Wolfgang lifts Dunne up and hits a delay vertical superplex. Wolfgang calls for the Howling. As he hits the mat Dunne locks in a cross arm breaker. Wolfgang tries to roll out of it but Dunne transitions into a triangle. Wolfgang lifts Dunne out of it. Dunne runs up the rope and backflips over Wolfgang. Dunne blasts Wolfgang with a wicked forearm. Dunne hits the rope but Wolfgang hits him with a pop-up power slam. Dunne kicks out. Dunne crawls to the ropes. Wolfgang rushes in but Dunne moves out of the way and crushes him with a release German suplex. Wolfgang pops up and hits a lariat. Wolfgang tries another pop-up but Dunne counters and lands another sick elbow to the jaw. Dunne drops Wolfgang with the Bitter End for the win!

After the match, Adam Cole, Bobby Fish, and Kyle O’Reilly hit the ring and attack Dunne. Wolfgang rolls back into the ring to try to make the save. As Wolfgang is getting trampled, Dunne rolls out of the ring and watches the carnage. Dunne fires up and runs to the ring to make the save… but instead grabs his the United Kingdom belt and walks away. Cole hits a shining wizard on Wolfgang. Cole, Fish, and O’Reilly leave the ring. Tyler Bate and Trent Seven hit the ring to check on Wolfgang.
