The Miz and his crew come to the ring in full force. Miz opens his show by telling the crowd that he can’t put into words how much he hates this city. Miz calls for Jason Jordan to come to the ring. Miz says Jordan’s story reads like a movie of the week. Miz asks Jordan how he feels about the past few weeks. Before Jordan can answer Miz asks Jordan how he feels about the crowd booing him. Jordan says the crowd is going to boo or cheer or whatever they want. Jordan says Miz is the expert in boos. Miz asks Jordan if that’s the way he wants to plays this. Miz says he knows why Jordan is getting the opportunities he is getting. Miz offers to guide Jordan’s career. Jordan says thanks, but he is good.

Miz says why would Jordan accept his help when Jordan’s daddy can hand him everything. Jordan says he told Kurt that he doesn’t want any help and wants to earn his way. Miz says this business will chew Jordan up or spit him out. Jordan retorts that he would rather that happen than associate with someone like Miz. Miz goes on a rant about how much an of sad broken down man Angle is. Jordan stands up and gets in Miz’s face. Jordan tells Miz he can say what he wants about him, but not about Kurt. Miz swings at Jordan. Jordan ducks and belly-to-belly suplexes Miz into Curtis Axel and Bo Dallas. Jordan rolls out of the ring and walks away.

During a recorded segment Reigns says he is going to walk out of SummerSlam as the new Universal Champion.
