Dana Warrior Denies Ryback vs. Ultimate Warrior Match

WZ recently reported that Ryback stated on his Conversations with The Big Guy podcast that it was once scheduled for him to face the Ultimate Warrior at WrestleMania 30 in New Orleans, LA, the night after Warrior was inducted into the Hall of Fame. Ryback stated that Mark Carrano, Senior Director of Talent Relations, showed him the card early, and the match was booked.

Warrior’s widow, Dana, went to Twitter to deny the claims, stating, “Not true. It always saddens me when people tell untruths on a man’s grave to promote their lives. Do your OWN work.”

Ryback would tell Dana “hope all is well,” as well as retweet a fan who suggested that she listened to the podcast “before you believe the clickbait dirtsheet reports.” Interestingly, Ryback gave the time in the podcast when the discussion started, where he actually confirmed that the match was once scheduled.

Dana would then respond, “I’m well, Ryan. Cultivating a legacy not living in fantasy.”

Daniel Bryan and The Miz Comment On Talking Smack Cancellation

As reported, WWE has decided to cancel the Talking Smack post-SmackDown Live show. Daniel Bryan and The Miz, who were involved in perhaps the most notable segment in the history of the program, both commented on the cancellation.
