Hachey floors Borne with a shoulder block. Hachey tries a sunset flip but Borne counters and hits a kick to Hachey’s spine. Hachey surprises Borne with a sidewalk slam. Borne hits a spin outside slam for the win.

Backstage, NXT Commissioner William Regal tells NXT Champion Bobby Roode his next challenger will be Killian Dain or Drew McIntyre. Roode suggests that they make some money by having McIntyre fight Dain first. Regal books the match next week. It’s going to be a number on contenders match.

Gargano thanks the NXT Universe for being in his corner. Gargano says he never saw Ciampa’s betrayal coming. Gargano says he is moving on. He is looking forward to the future. Gargano says he needs to get back to being in this ring doing what he loves. He has to be at Takeover: Brooklyn. He has to get back to being Johhny Gargano. More importantly, he needs to get back to being Johnny Wrestling!
