WWE Great Balls Of Fire
The Miz will once again defend his Intercontinental Championship against Dean Ambrose at WWE Great Balls Of Fire, and the match was confirmed after Miz successfully defended the title against Heath Slater on WWE RAW.
The Miz came out and ripped last week’s segment with LaVar Ball before Ambrose came out and said he’s calling for his title shot, and Miz said he calls the shots. Heath Slater came out and said he was the last person to beat Miz, not Ambrose, so he was deserving of a title shot as well. They went back and forth until Kurt Angle came out and said he could make Miz fight both of them if he wanted, so he said Miz would defend against Slater tonight, with the winner facing Ambrose at the pay-per-view.
Miz ended up defeating Slater after The Miztourage beat up Rhyno at ringside on RAW, and he will face Ambrose on Sunday in Dallas.
