Steve Austin on If He Was at Raw in Los Angeles

There were rumors last week that Steve Austin might have been at WWE Raw at the Staples Center in LA, but the Hall of Famer cleared up his status on the most recent edition of his podcast:

“There has been word on the street, on my Twitter account, on all the sheets, ‘Stone Cold’ Steve Austin has indeed been spotted at the Staples Center. Well I can vouch for you or I can clarify that right now; if somebody thought they spotted me, they was wrong.

I’m at 316 gimmick street in Marina del Rey. Staples Center is about 20 miles from my house, I ain’t nowhere in sight, I ain’t wearing camo, you can’t see me, because I ain’t there. I’m here at the house laying down an open for this damn podcast.”

More Names Backstage at Slammiversary

In addition to injured WWE star Paige, Eddie Kingston, “Mr. 450” John Yurnet and Gail Kim were backstage for last night’s Impact Wrestling Slammiversary PPV.

Ricochet Takes a Shot at Lucha Underground (Video)

As seen below, Ricochet made a surprise appearance at the NJPW G1 Climax special last night and said he’s coming for the IWGP IC Title. During his appearance he took a shot at Lucha Underground by saying their being “pricks”:

Nick was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, and lived there until the age of 18, when he decided to pack his flack jacket and move to New York City.

Nick attended New York University and graduated in 2001 with a degree in Drama.

Nick first entered the internet wrestling community back in 2004 when he became the co-host of The Voice of Wrestling Radio Show. From there, Nick made the transition from radio personality to editor when he began working with WrestleZone in 2008.

Nick is a member of two Off-Broadway theatre companies, Another Urban Riff, and the Drama Desk Award winning Godlight Theatre Company. Nick has appeared in over a dozen Off-Broadway plays since he moved to New York City, and has shot several short and feature length films. In 2010, he completed principle photography on a film titled "How to Score Your Life," which also features TNA Knockout ODB.

Inspiration in his life has come from many people including his family, Woody Allen, Steven Spielberg, Jack Nicholson, The Beatles, and of course, Lassie.
