Carmella is now officially ‘Ms. Money In The Bank’ after winning back the briefcase in the ladder match in tonight’s WWE Smackdown Live main event.
Carmella ended up winning the briefcase by herself, despite an attempted run-in by James Ellsworth, who was supposed to be banned from the building tonight. Ellsworth ran in and helped Carmella in the ring before trying to climb the ladder just like he did at the Money In The Bank pay-per-view. Becky Lynch ran in and kicked Carmella out of the ring before tipping Ellsworth off of the ladder.
Carmella ended up taking out Becky Lynch with a chair after attacking her knee, focusing on an apparent injury to Lynch after she fell off of the ladder, before climbing up and easily getting the briefcase.
