Io Shirai’s WWE Debut Delayed
Former World of Stardom Champion Io Shirai was expected to start with WWE soon, however she revealed in a recent blog entry that she is dealing with a neck injury. As a result, Shirai will be evaluated again in July, and her WWE status will then be determined.
Dave Meltzer added on Wrestling Observer Radio that Shirai’s injury was discovered while she was undergoing WWE medical testing, and while she might not be starting with WWE anytime soon, she is eventually expected to join the company.

Johnny Mundo on Benoit Kicking Miz Out of WWE Locker Room
Lucha Underground star Johnny Mundo recently appeared on “But I Digress”, hosted by Kevin Gill, and you can watch the interview below.
During the appearance, Mundo recalled Chris Benoit banning The Miz from the WWE locker room years ago, because Miz was eating chicken over Scott Armstrong’s bag, which Benoit found to be disrespectful. Mundo adds he thinks it was The Undertaker who eventually invited Miz back into the locker room:
