Swoggle is walking around the crowd. Rockstar Spud appears behind him and attacks. Spud grabs a hammer and hits Swoggle with it over and over again… Yeah. That just happened.
Six Sides of Steel GFW Title Match (Winner Gets a Shot at the Impact Title At Slammiversary): Alberto El Patron (c) vs EC3
EC3 tries to leave the cage as soon as the bell rings but El Patron pulls him off the cage. El Patron hits a basement dropkick. El Patron grabs EC3 by the head and tries to throw him through the cage. El Patron tries to climb out of the cage but EC3 pulls him down. EC3 chops El Patron in the corner. EC3 chokes El Patron before throwing him head first into the steel cage. EC3 sends El Patron into the corner. El Patron gets his boot up and lands a tornado DDT. El Patron starts to climb the cage. EC3 climbs up after him. EC3 grabs a waist lock. El Patron avoids getting suplexed off the cage by elbowing EC3 in the face. EC3 picks up El Patron in a fireman’s carry and hits a Samoan drop off the top rope.
After the break, EC3 lands two back suplexes. El Patron kicks out. EC3 tosses El Patron head first into the turnbuckle. EC3 changes gears and starts to work over El Patron’s legs before going back to a sleeper hold. El Patron fights out of the hold and blasts EC3 with a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker. El Patron starts to climb the cage again. EC3 tries to power bomb El Patron off the cage but El Patron fights him off. EC3 picks up El Patron in an electric chair into a facebuster. EC3 climbs up the cage. El Patron runs up and hits the backstabber off the top rope. El Patron kicks EC3 in the knee then superkicks him for another near fall. El Patron calls for the cross arm breaker. Ec3 avoids it but eats a clothesline. EC3 ducks a step up enziguri by El Patron. Running bulldog for a long two count by EC3. EC3 tries to pick up El Patron but Patron counters into an armDT. El Patron slaps on the cross arm breaker. EC3 reverses it and lands the TK3. El Patron somehow manages to kick out. EC3 picks up El Patron and slams him down to the mat with a powerbomb. EC3 climbs the cage. El Patron isn’t moving. El Patron finally gets up and starts to climb as well. El Patron manages to get to the top of the cage. El Patron hits EC3 so hard he ends up tied in the ropes in the tree of woe. El Patron hits a double foot stomp off the top of the cage! El Patron then hits a top rope frog splash for the win!
