The Austin figure is part of a new series of figures called WWE Slam Stars to be included in the upcoming Slam Crates.
The Austin figure will be included with the next shipped Slam Crate, the “Masters of the Mic” crate, which is available to purchase until April 15th, and ships in May. The following press release was issued:

The Arbiter Halo Icons figure will appear in the “Great Schism” themed Halo Legendary Crate — commemorating the bloody civil war between the Elites and Brutes seen in Halo 2 — available to order on February 16th.
