WWE Raw Results (1/9): New Champion Crowned, HBK Returns, Undertaker In The Royal Rumble?

Shawn Michaels In-Ring Segment: 

The WWE Universe in New Orleans needs to keep chanting for him because it was a long run down the isle. Shawn misses everyone. He misses coming out here on a regular basis and he especially misses this time of year. It’s always exciting in the WWE, but in January, things pick up a little bit. It might have something to do with the Royal Rumble down the road. Shawn has some memories about the Royal Rumble and this year it’s in his home town of San Antonio. Shawn mentions the Royal Rumble from 20 years ago where he became the WWF Champion. He reminds people that he’s old. This year, it will be something to remember. You have Goldberg, Brock Lesnar, Braun Strowman, and Seth Rollins. Shawn is more comfortable sitting on the outside with that stacked card.

Shawn’s excited about the Royal Rumble, but he’s here to talk about his movie, The Resurrection of Gavin Stone which comes out in theaters, January 20th. Rusev comes out with Lana and Jinder Mahal to interrupt Shawn. If Shawn wants his movie to be successful, he needs to put Lana in it. The movie is done, so they can’t put someone in when it’s already finished. Rusev says that you can do what that bad movie Star Wars did, use CGI and put his wife in the movie. Shawn tells Rusev that CGI doesn’t work that way. Rusev could be in the movie possibly since he looks like a wookie. The New Orleans crowd chants for Sweet Chin Music. Rusev says that Shawn can’t do that move anymore. Rusev says that he’s like the Bulgarian George Clooney. Lana is way better than Emma Stone and she should’ve won the Golden Globes. Shawn tells Rusev not to spin Lana around after saying Golden Globes.

Rusev doesn’t understand that joke. Enzo & Big Cass joins the conversation. Enzo normally doesn’t do this, but the realest guy in the room is in this ring right now and his name is, Shawn Michaels. Rusev is right about one thing, Lana is a phenomenal actress, she has to wake up every morning next to Rusev and acts like she’s not repulsed. Enzo asks Big Cass what movie he would put them in? The 40 Year Old Virgin, Puss in Boots, Beauty and the Beast, the Good The Bad The Ugly. Shawn suggests Dumb and Dumber. That’s enough for the American pigs. Rusev put Enzo in a wheelchair. Rusev tells Big Cass that he has a match against, Jinder Mahal. Big Cass will prove that there’s only one word to describe them. SAWFT !!!!! Shawn says that he’ll hang around and he has two words for Rusev, Jinder, and Lana.
