Fifth Match: The Miz (c) w/Maryse vs. Dean Ambrose for the WWE Intercontinental Championship
Ambrose immediately spears Miz after the bell rings. Ambrose goes to the ground and pound attack, but Miz rolls out of the ring. Ambrose chases Miz around ringside. Miz stomps on Ambrose’s ribs. Ambrose drives Miz to the corner. Ambrose stomps on Miz’s chest. Ambrose with a series of knife edge chops in the corner. Ambrose kicks Miz in the gut. Ambrose goes for Dirty Deeds, but Miz again rolls out of the ring. Miz takes awhile to get back in the ring. Ambrose with a boot to the gut of Miz. Ambrose tosses Miz to the outside. Ambrose bounces Miz’s head on the steel ring steps. Ambrose launches Miz into the time keeper’s area.
Ambrose places Miz crotch first on the ringside barricade. Ambrose knocks Miz off the barricade with a running forearm. Ambrose rolls Miz back into the ring. Ambrose with the cover, but Miz kicks out at two. Ambrose launches Miz over the announcer’s table. Maryse tells Ambrose to calm down. Miz with a wrecking ball dropkick to Ambrose. Miz sends Ambrose shoulder first into the steel ring steps. Miz goes for the Awesome Clothesline, but Ambrose launches Miz to the outside. Ambrose ascends to the top rope. Ambrose connects with a flying elbow drop. Ambrose with a series of running clotheslines. Ambrose with a corner forearm. Ambrose goes for a running bulldog, but Miz blocks it. Ambrose rolls Miz up for a two count. Ambrose again goes for Dirty Deeds, but Miz drives Ambrose into the corner.
