TMZ released this new interview with UFC President Dana White earlier this morning. During the interview White addresses the UFC futures of both Brock Lesnar and CM Punk.
You can find a full transcription of White’s comments below.
On how Brock is doing in the wake of his one year suspension from MMA and if we’ll ever see Brock again in the UFC:
DW: I doubt it. I don’t know how much longer he’s got with WWE. I think his career is winding down but he’s a freak of nature. Who knows? Maybe he’ll give me a call and say he wants to do it again. You know? But I think he’s ready to ride off in to the sunset.
On if he’s talked to Brock about his UFC future:
DW: I haven’t. We haven’t talked about it.
On the latest with his talks with CM Punk and his UFC future:
DW: He and I have not figured that out yet but we will.
On if CM Punk will get another fight in UFC:
DW: I don’t know. I don’t know. I’ve got to talk to him and see how this thing works out for him. UFC is a dangerous place. It really is. It’s a tough place to come in to for your first couple fights. I give him all the credit and respect in the world for coming in and giving it a shot. It’s a tough place to do it tho. We’ll see what happens. I love the guy.
