Punk goes for a Springboard Crossbody, but Cena ducks out of the way. Cena connects with the Five Knuckle Shuffle. Cena goes for the the Attitude Adjustment, but Punk lands on his feet. Punk with a leg sweep for a two count. Punk goes for the GTS, but Cena blocks it. Cena connects with the pumphandle slam for a two count. Punk with two running knee strikes to Cena. Punk connects with the running bulldog. Punk follows that up with the Springboard Clothesline for a two count. Punk lands a couple buzzsaw kicks to the chest of Cena. Punk gets trapped in the STF, but Punk reaches the bottom rope. Punk with a leg lariat to the back of the head of Cena for a two count. Punk ascends to the top rope.
Punk goes for a flying crossbody, but Cena catches him in mid-air. Cena with a roll through and gets Punk in position for the Attitude Adjustment, but Punk gets back on his feet. Punk goes for the GTS again, but Cena gets Punk trapped in the STF. Punk gets out of the hold and locks in the Anaconda Vice. Cena gets back on his feet and connects with a snap Attitude Adjustment for a two count. Cena ascends to the top rope. Cena goes for a diving leg drop, but Punk counters with a sit-out powerbomb for a two count. Punk goes for the GTS, but Cena holds onto the ropes. Cena bounces Punks head off the top rope. Cena connects with the diving leg drop, but again Punk kicks out at two.
Cena lands another Attitude Adjustment. Cena goes for the cover, Punk kicks out at two. Cena places Punk on the top rope. Cena goes for the Super Attitude Adjustment, but Punk lands a series of back elbows. Punk connects with the top rope hurricanrana. Punk with a running knee to Cena. Punk connects with the GTS, but Cena tumbles to the outside. Punk rolls Cena back into the ring. Vince McMahon and John Laurinaitis appears on the stage. Cena gets Punk back into the STF. Vince orders for the Chicago Screw Job. Cena rolls out of the ring. Cena clotheslines Laurinatis. Cena gets back into and Punk connects with the GTS to pickup the victory. After the match, Vince gets on the headsets and orders Del Rio to cash in his Money in the Bank Briefcase. Del Rio storms into the ring. Punk lands a roundhouse kick. Punk hops on the ringside barricade and blows Vince McMahon a kiss. Punk proceeds to run out of the Allstate Arena with the WWE Championship to close the show.
