Josh Isenberg:

Nakamura went into Osaka and pulled the shocker by becoming a two-time NXT Champion. It was a memorable moment, it was fantastic, I just hate that they wasted it, and spoiled it. It didn’t really lose its luster, but you really wanted to see Joe and Nakamura in one last time at another NXT event, and we saw them at the “Shocka in Osaka.”

Josh talks more about NXT in the 90 second recap.

Justin LaBar:

How good has The Miz been since WrestleMania [32]?

Juice Springsteen:

Fantastic. Other than AJ Styles, he has run the SmackDown brand, on and off the air, like Talking Smack, and that promo he cut on Daniel Bryan is what got Talking Smack at the level it is at right now.

Justin LaBar:

Yeah, we’re coming off 2016, and it’s an interesting conversation to have I think, to nominate The Miz, Kevin Owens, AJ Styles, as far as who has had the best year in 2016, along with Jericho, but The Miz is certainly in that nomination. The Miz is the Tom Brady in the WWE. A guy that was never ever supposed to get to the level that he is; he consistently does it; including a Main Event of a WrestleMania that involved John Cena and The Rock, and even now, he’s doing his best work ever, which says a lot, and makes you wonder what is ahead for The Miz.
