Daniels praises Cody for his passion. The Addiction walks out of the ring. Lethal and Rhodes adhere to the code of honor.

The Addiction joins the commentary team for this match. Lethal applies a wrist lock. Rhodes with a single leg takedown. Lethal lands a deep armdrag. Lethal applies a rear chin lock. Lethal backs Rhodes into the ropes. Knuckle lock, Rhodes transitions into a side headlock. Rhodes drops Lethal with a shoulder tackle. Lethal gets Rhodes back into the wrist lock. Lethal leapfrogs over Rhodes. Lethal with a hip toss to Rhodes. Lethal follows that up with a basement dropkick.

Lethal stomps on Rhodes chest in the corner. Lethal connects with a back breaker for a two count. Lethal goes for a vertical suplex, but Rhodes blocks it. Rhodes with a delayed front slam Rhodes works on the left arm of Lethal. Rhodes applies an armbar. Rhodes with a right hand to the jaw of Lethal. Rhodes goes for the Beautiful Disaster Kick, but Lethal ducks out of the way. Lethal dropkicks Rhodes. Lethal lands a back elbow. Rhodes drops Lethal with a shoulder tackle. Rhodes drives his knee to the left shoulder of Lethal. Rhodes continues the onslaught on Lethal’s shoulder. Rhodes whips Lethal to the ropes. Lethal sends Rhodes to the ring apron. Lethal with a basement dropkick that sends Rhodes crashing to the outside. Lethal two consecutive suicide dives.
