Interesting News on NXT Takeover, Survivor Series and Raw Ticket Sales

According to TicketIQ, there’s some big variation on the secondary market for this weekend’s events at the Air Canada Centre. Resale tickets for Saturday’s NXT Takeover average $87, with cheapest ticket $19. Survivor Series averages $238 per ticket, with cheapest seats $121. Finally, Monday’s RAW averages $82 with cheapest seats just $13.

This means that tickets for NXT Takeover and RAW can be had for below face price (cheapest face value is $25), while Cheapest Survivor Series ticket will cost 4x Face Value (cheapest face is $30).

Update on Tony Nese’s Indy Status

New York Wrestling Connection in Deer Park, Long Island has announced Tony Nese’s farewell from the promotion will be on Saturday 11/26, facing Alex Reynolds. For ticket information visit www.NYWCWrestling.com.

Taz Talks His WWE Return

On this morning’s edition of the Taz Show on CBS Radio, former WWE and ECW star Taz discussed his visit to WWE’s Smackdown taping last night, where he and other ECW originals, including Tommy Dreamer and Bubba Ray Dudley, filmed content for the WWE Network. Nick was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, and lived there until the age of 18, when he decided to pack his flack jacket and move to New York City.

Nick attended New York University and graduated in 2001 with a degree in Drama.

Nick first entered the internet wrestling community back in 2004 when he became the co-host of The Voice of Wrestling Radio Show. From there, Nick made the transition from radio personality to editor when he began working with WrestleZone in 2008.

Nick is a member of two Off-Broadway theatre companies, Another Urban Riff, and the Drama Desk Award winning Godlight Theatre Company. Nick has appeared in over a dozen Off-Broadway plays since he moved to New York City, and has shot several short and feature length films. In 2010, he completed principle photography on a film titled "How to Score Your Life," which also features TNA Knockout ODB.

Inspiration in his life has come from many people including his family, Woody Allen, Steven Spielberg, Jack Nicholson, The Beatles, and of course, Lassie.
