Eli Drake
Eli Drake versus Eddie Edwards will take place on next week’s episode of Impact Wrestling, after Edwards retained his title against Bobby Lashley on tonight’s show.
Drake, this year’s Bound For Gold winner, announced he was cashing in his title opportunity against whoever the Lashley/Edwards winner was on next week’s show. EC3 unsuccessfully tried to get Drake to fight him for the title shot, but Drake turned down the challenges and announced he would instead fight for the title next week.
Drake learned he would face current champion Edwards after he retained in tonight’s main event; Edwards beat Lashley with the Boston Knee Party after a few referee spots almost got Lashley disqualified.

NXT
The Wrestling Observer Newsletter is reporting that in addition to all of the Wrestlemania week TV events in Orlando, WWE may look to tape more NXT shows that week. Nothing has been announced at this time, but WWE is reportedly considering a 4/5 taping at Full Sail University. Additionally, if Wrestlemania itself was to sell out early, a closed-circuit viewing event at Amway Center with talent in attendance was discussed.
