Bobby Roode vs Sean Maluta
Roode taunts Maluta before they lock up (and after). Maluta responds by dropkicking Roode as he poses. Roode floors Maluta with a clothesline. Roode works over Maluta by choking him in the ropes. Roode whips Maluta into the post. Maluta tries to fight back, but Roode cuts him off. Maluta hits a few punches but ends up running right into a spine buster by Roode. Roode hits a DDT for the win.

After the match, Roode grabs a mic and hypes NXT Takeover: Toronto. Roode says Dillinger has been complaining about what happened between them, but Dillinger begged Roode to be his partner so he doesn’t have a leg to stand on. Dillinger hits the ring and Roode and Dillinger pound on each other. Dillinger sends Roode to the outside and celebrates in the ring.
