Emma

Following reports earlier this week that she was backstage at RAW in Baltimore, PWInsider.com is reporting Emma is scheduled to be back on the road this week with WWE, likely indicating she’s close to a return.

Emma has been sidelined since May with a back injury; WWE.com originally said Emma reptured a disc in her back during a WWE live event but did not give an estimated recovery / return date at the time.

The Wrestling Observer Newsletter is reporting WWE awarded $5,000 educational scholarships to three former talents who are now attending college. The scholarships are given yearly to former roster members; this year the scholarships went to former ring announcer / NXT contestant Jamie Keyes, developmental talent Kim Neilsen (aka TNA’s Desire), and Antonio Thomas of the former Heartbreakers/Heartthrob tag team.

The following videos are a preview for tomorrow night’s AAW Pro event in Chicago, featuring Sami Callihan versus Abyss, and Chris Hero versus Fenix. The show will also feature Matt Riddle’s AAW debut against Jeff Cobb (Lucha Underground’s Matanza):
