Backstage Update On Randy Orton’s Injury
PWinsider.com is reporting that WWE officials were aware of Randy Orton’s injury at least a week ago.

According to PWInsider Orton had passed some of the Impact concussion tests needed to be cleared but was not passing them consistently enough to the point WWE doctors thought he’d be good to go for his match at Backlash. So the decision was made to hold off on the match so as not to make things worse for Orton.
The report ends by noting that there were some left scratching their heads that Orton was allowed to do the RKO spot at the end of Wyatt’s match with Kane.
